So, who am I?

Hello there! My name is Ashley French and I am the creator of Minds Made Mighty blog and Etsy store. I have an Associates of Arts degree in Humanities and a Bachelors of Arts in English. Currently, I am going back to school to get a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. I was diagnosed with PNES and Idiopathic Gastroparesis in late 2021. These invisible chronic illesses ruled my life for years alongside other mental health issues such as anxiety, agoraphobia, and bipolar II disorder. Let’s just say, I’ve lived a life that was both restricted and sheltered. I have gone through a lot of medications and therapy to try and overcome these conditions. Now, I want to help and inspire others with the process of healing. My goal is to continue my education to get a Master in Clinical Health Counseling and help those like me that may have fallen through the cracks of the health world for years.

In my spare time, I love to read, write, and craft. Animals are another passion of mine. I have two small dogs (a pom-a-poo named Sweet Pea and a pomeranian named Sprite). I also have two cats named Honey Bee and Sky.
