As for other conditions such as Gut-Brain Disorders, rewriting your story can help change a negative mindset you may have on your life. You are not the victim, you are the hero of your own story!

Lean on Your Spirituality
To have faith in something can give you a positive outlook on life. I believe that the soul is an essential pillar of clinical health. While my personal foundation is the Christian faith, this space is a sanctuary for all. Whether you have a specific faith or a sense of spirituality, believing in something, can aid you in your journey to a healthy mind. Spirtuality is the mentor in your story!

Restore Gut-Brain Harmony
Did you know the gut is sometimes also called the second brain? These two systems are in a constant, systematic conversation; when one is stressed, the other feels the echo. For those of us with chronic gut disorders, stress acts as the villain—but every villain has a weakness. By understanding how our bodies run systematically, we can reduce the “noise” and restore the harmony between the brain and the gut.
